JOHN 3:16 stitched in white across the front of a navy unstructured cotton dad cap. No illustration. No explanation. Four characters that have been held up on signs in stadiums, written on eye black, and passed between strangers for a century.

We stitched it plain on purpose. The reference is the design. Whoever reads it either finishes the verse in their head or asks you what it means — and both of those are good outcomes.

On the left panel, small and quiet: LOUD ABOUT GOD. Because the front already said the loud part.
