Our Policy

All Loud About God products are made to order. Every item is printed, embroidered, or produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size, wrong color, or due to a change of mind. We encourage all customers to carefully review sizing charts and product details before completing their purchase.

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order.Once production begins, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Damaged Items & Manufacturing Defects

We stand fully behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing or printing defect, we will make it right — at no cost to you.

You are eligible for a free reprint or a full refund if:

• Your item arrives visibly damaged
• There is a significant printing or embroidery error on your item
• Your item has a clear manufacturing defect

To submit a claim:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at loudaboutgod@[youremail].com
• Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue
• If multiple items from the same order are affected, include a photo showing all affected items in one frame

You do not need to return the damaged item. We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.

Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery cannot be honored.If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us right away.

Print Placement Tolerance

For DTG (direct-to-garment) printed products, a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement is standard within the industry and will not be considered a manufacturing defect. Minor variations in the exact position of a print are a normal part of the DTG printing process and do not qualify for a reprint or refund.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

In the event that a package is returned to us or confirmed undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a resolution. Your options will be:

• A reprint and reship of your order (an additional shipping charge will apply)
• A partial refund

Please note that Loud About God is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Always verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

What We Do Not Cover

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Wrong color ordered by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor print placement variations within the 0.5" industry tolerance
• Color variations due to screen settings or monitor differences
• Natural color variation in garment-dyed products (Comfort Colors 1717) — this is a feature of the fabric, not a defect.
