Our digital products are intended for individual use. If you’d like to use our resources for a church, ministry, or group setting, please contact us for permission or licensing options.
What if I have trouble downloading my file?
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
How do I access my digital purchase?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a download link via email and/or through your Shopify order confirmation page. Files can be downloaded immediately.
Are your resources Biblically based?
Yes. Every devotional, lesson, and prayer resource is grounded in the Bible and created to align with Biblical truth. Scripture is always at the center of what we do.
Can I share or distribute the files?
No. All digital products are for personal use only. Files may not be shared, copied, redistributed, resold, or uploaded to other platforms.
Can I modify or edit the files?
No. Digital products may not be altered, edited, or used to create derivative works. All content remains the intellectual property of Loud About God.
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Are all products digital?
Yes. All products offered by Loud About God are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
