How long does it take to receive my order?
Every product at Loud About God is made to order — printed or embroidered fresh just for you. Here's what to expect:
Production time:3–5 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping time:5–10 business days after your order ships.
Total estimated time:8–15 business days from order to delivery.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the production facility.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every item is made specifically for you the moment your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your size, color, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible at Blake@loudaboutgod.com and we will do our best to help — but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order enters production.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders placed in the wrong size or color. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting.
Please refer to our sizing chart on each product page and double-check your color selection before completing checkout. If you have any questions about sizing before you order, reach out to us — we are happy to help.
What is your return policy?
All Loud About God products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or color preference changes.
However — if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.If you receive a damaged product or there is a printing or embroidery error on your order, you are eligible for a free reprint or a full refund. See the full details in our Return Policy page and below.
My item arrived damaged or has a printing error. What do I do?
We are so sorry — that should never happen. Here is how to get it resolved quickly:
1.Take a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
2.Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Blake@loudaboutgod.com with your order number and the photo attached.
3.We will review your claim and arrange a free reprint or refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Please note: For DTG (direct-to-garment) printed items, a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement is standard and will not be considered a defect. Minor variations in exact print placement are a normal part of the DTG printing process.
How long do I have to report an issue?
All damage and manufacturing defect claims must be submittedwithin 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be honored. If you receive your order and notice a problem, please don't wait — reach out to us right away so we can take care of you.
My order was not delivered. What happens?
f your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If your order is confirmed undelivered, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.
For unsuccessful deliveries, you may be offered either a reprint (with an additional shipping charge) or a partial refund. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
